1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Memories Film by Krishna ("we", "our", "us") for wedding photography or cinematic film services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking and payment.

2. Services

Our services include wedding photography, cinematic wedding films, pre-wedding stories, teaser films and related deliverables as agreed in your written booking confirmation. The specific coverage hours, deliverables and timelines are detailed in your proposal and booking contract.

3. Booking & Payments

• A booking is reserved by the Client only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment (retainer).
• The remaining balance is payable as per the schedule stated in the booking agreement.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services or delivery of final products.
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate wedding date, venue and itinerary details in advance.
• Ensure timely communication for pre-wedding consultations and planning calls.
• Obtain any venue permissions required for photography or videography equipment.
• Follow agreed timelines to allow full coverage of planned events.

5. Copyright & Usage

• All photographs, films and creative assets remain the copyright of Memories Film by Krishna.
• The Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for personal purposes.
• We reserve the right to use the photographs and films for portfolio, social media and promotional purposes, except where the Client has requested otherwise in writing.
• The Client may not resell, redistribute or commercially license the deliverables without written consent.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Deliverables such as edited films, teasers and photo galleries are delivered within the timeline stated in your booking agreement. Delivery timelines may vary during peak wedding season; we will keep you informed of any expected delays. Once delivered, we are not responsible for loss of files due to Client-side storage mishandling.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If the Client cancels a booking, the advance payment is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• If wedding dates change, availability will be confirmed for the new date and any difference in pricing will apply.
• In the unlikely event we are unable to provide services (such as illness or unforeseen emergency), every effort will be made to offer an equivalent replacement crew or reschedule; if neither is possible, prepaid amounts will be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
• We are not liable for unavailable events, Acts of God, venue restrictions, power failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill.

9. Disclaimers

Wedding photography and film are dependent on venue, lighting, weather and event conditions. While we strive for the highest artistic quality, we cannot guarantee specific shots, and certain creative decisions are made by our team at their professional discretion. Minor post-production differences between previews and final deliverables are expected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
